Now that's what I call a great service. Y'see, I love those people, I reckon you should have played it up with her. Told her that you would love to take her name and nominate her for a customer service award because of her cheery disposition, helpfulness, attentive manner, customer awareness, speedy response and the general warm feeling that came over you while conversing with her. I've done this, it works a treat, they get flabbergasted and stutter and then you can add "your command of the English language is just one more service that you offer". Unfortunately, this usually results in the hangup. Or maybe you did this???
