when we were in Hong Kong we a man picked a live cobra out of a cage and held it towards us! Scared the crap out of me! They eat something out of it for good health... the spleen, kidney.. something gross like that.. cant remember...
Apart from that just the usual frogs legs and snails and fish heads including the bones and eyes(you save them until last because they are the best bit!)
