a fab place in Lovina... don't know about the one you mentioned but I stayed at Villa Jaya. It's a small but exceptionally friendly and lovely place to stay. I found it on the internet before I went and was really happy when I turned up.... I can give you the details if you want. It's a 2 minute walk to everything.... beach, restaurants, shops... but it's tucked away so can be as quiet and peaceful as you want.
Also, if you walk from the Villa one minute in the opposite direction from the tourist area you will go through a little fishing village on the beach where the locals play volleyball, and if you pass through in the early evening they will be gathered around playing music and singing.... it sounds FAB!!!!!
