Would choose Ritz Carlton have stayed 5 times. Have not stayed at Intercont though so cannot comment on that hotel.
The grounds at Ritz are beautiful. Best breakfast in Bali. We are back next September . They have a new pool area and martini bar which is fabulous. The staff are just beautiful as well. Room well appointed and spacious with great views.
