be probably be covered under what I mentioned as real estate.I am NOT personally familar with aspects of Indonesian law & also am not a lawyer in Australia - although our company does deal on a daily basis with business law, & financial & legal matters.
I am only passing on information from a close friend to set mine & others peoples mind at ease.
My personal recommendation if you have a particular concern or worry re a matter that involves you personally is to speak to a lawyer.
