We stayted at Melasti beach resort and there is a spa attached. All was very afordable. Their Half hour massages was around 50,000 ($8 aus) and was pretty good. They have a price list which appears more expensive but they have 50% of their advertised prices for ages. ( I think it is a permanent discout.) It is right near the Padma and friends who stayed at the Padma came across to use the Melasti Bearch Resort Spa.
