Hi Mike, I was (and still am) a lover of Green Garden spa. We have just come back from 3 weeks in Bali and stayed first 10 days at Bali Garden Hotel and they have a new spa called Tari Spa. If you are staying down Tuban end go there. I had a three hour thing and it was sensational - it was about AU$40 but well worth it as it was all new etc. (If you go between 8am and noon there is a 10% disc). When we went up to Jayakarta there was a place out the back called Padma Spa and they did the Royal for Him and Royal for Her. It was 340,000rp per person but they had a deal that if two people went it was 50% off. It looked terrific - lovely treatment rooms etc and we were booked in for 2 October but didn't go as we didn't want to leave our kids for 3-4 hours at the hotel after the most recent events. Just be careful though as you need to book at Padma (at least one day in advance). Good luck and enjoy it. If you go to Padma Spa please let us know via the forum if it was as beautiful as it looked.
