The Vila Shanti is next to the Griya, and I believe owned by the same people that own the two Santrian Hotels.
We popped in for a look while staying at the Griya, and while not seeing inside one of the rooms it looks good from the outside, has a reasonable pool, restaurant, and direct beach access.
I suspect it is a 'budget' version of the Griya, but with the same advantages of the location.
