Sorry Donald, a bit late with this.
We used them last year to book a tour from Perth before we left.
I refused to provide them with copies of passports and both sides of my credit card. Instead I arranged a bank transfer to their account which they were more than happy with. All went smoothly and I found them to be thoroughly proffessional.
