It's not 5* but its clean, central, well staffed, quiet and has a nice pool. At US35 including a standard Indo breakfast at the Cisa Cafe next door we thought it was excellent value and at least as good as a number of other places we looked at for 20 bucks more.
She particularly liked the good hanging space for clothes and the two dressing tables with mirrors and lots of shelving to put woman stuff on.
A/C is good but we found it needed our light bulb boost which is standard practise in this level of accommodation.
