And though the 450000 is at the dearer end of the scale at Tegal Sari, the quality of the room you get there is better than you would get staying at many other places for the same price. (That price was quoted to us as peak season price and did include breakfasts). We were in an upstairs room, of the centre villa of the three, and I think these were better than the downstairs rooms I peeked into, especially view-wise and privacy-wise. The bathroom fittings were fantastic, good as a high quality hotel back home, and the bed was positively regal on its own platform within the room!
