HI the best way to bring furniture back is via seafreight and is packing your own container, if you don't have anyone that will help you fill a 20' call a few of the freight forwarders over there, they are allways packing containers and shop owner's over here allways tell them to hold back and consolidate over a few week's months to ensure they pack as much as they can. I am sure if you ask they will have a container going in the next few weeks and you should be able to work a deal with them as they need the freight to fill the box.
Once in Australia make sure you clear the good's with Customs direct, most forwarders will charge you a fortune as it is a pain for someone other than the owner to clear.
Also ensure proper fumigation on any wooden prouduct this avoid's AQIS chargeing you more money!
