of sponsorship programs but you need to be careful as a lot of them use too much money for overheads. My wife and i sponsor a girl in Indonesia through childfund Australia and we are now getting a little boy to sponsor in Kenya through this organisation. They are excellent and there is good communication both to the sponsored child and the childs family and the Childfund organisation. If everyone realised that for about Aus$33 a month we could clothe and educate a child in an an underpriviliged country and give that child a chance in life that they otherwise would not have the wotld would be a much better place. My wife and I are both on the aged pension but we have been sponsering children fot about 15 years now.
