sad to say my son had heaps of pineapple juice and he never got sick in 11 days. personally I think its the luck of the draw . We took lots of precautions and there was 9 of us 4 adults 5 kids. we all had the runs except my son and his cousin. None of us vomited though and only 2 of the kids were a bit off for a few days
