air paradise luggageURGENT

Can anyone confirm baggage allowances for air paradise.
I believe 1 cabin bag / person 7kg But any size limits?
Also what is the weight limit for suitcases when returning and is there a limit on number of pieces,
Talk about leaving it to last minute. We leave tomorrow morning.
