Travel Insurance Direct

Heading off soon with the family, and haven't arranged insurance yet. (Yes, I know terrorist associated problems aren't covered!)

On checking the archives, I noticed a few people suggesting Travel Insurance Direct.

Has anyone here had any recent experiences with them? I suppose the bottom line with insurance companies is if anyone has had to make a claim... any problems, difficulties, etc?
We are a family of 5, and I believe it will cost us around $100 Aus for two weeks.

Anyone with experience of this company?
I would appreciate all advice.

Or, is there another company you would highly recommend? I am sadly a suspicious person when it comes to insurance companies...
