If you have a Bali Street Directory it is Map 88 ref E3. Jalan Teuku Umar is one of the main raods into Denpasar. If travelling from Kuta once you turn onto this road, you go through a large roundabout (Dunkin Donuts) on LHS, about 500m after roundabout on RHS of road is LILY KAOSEM SHOP. The shop logo is Dark Green with a pair of white glasses on it. On oposite side of road is lots of mobile phone stores.
Hope this helps. Lily Kasoem is the shop name but I don't think it is the name of the lady in the store that we spoke to. LILY LASOEM is actually a optical store front but the hearing aids are done by AUDIOTONE at the rear of the shop.
