you are allowed $900 per adult duty free so that should cover everything you buy in bali.
Excess luggage is about $10 US per kilo
super economy give you 30kg allowance instead of 20kg and costs ex perth $100 each way, ex Adelaide $150 each way. not sure ex melb /syd.
