on Jl. Legian at Seminyak called "Heliconia Florists" which I always use if I need flowers delivered to anybody in Bali.
They will gladly arrange a delivery to your Hotel and prices are amazingly low. As its name implies, their floral designs are principally featuring the magnificent Tropical Blooms and Foliage.
Sorry I don't have their telephone number for you but it is very easy to find - just ask a Blue Taxi to take you there. It is situated on the Right-hand side of Jl. Legian heading North and is adjacent to a large Gallery which features glasswares.
