More tourists died in the tsunami, yet many are choosing Phuket over Bali. And didn't I hear a warning about there too? We were going to go to Phuket Dec 2003, but after the Bali bombing I figured Phuket was next, so we put it on hold. It still may be, but Dec 2006 we plan to go there.
For me, the choice is simple. I either travel to 'dangerous' destinations or I die young anyway from overeating, heavy drinking and smoking due to the antidepressants having NO AFFECT WHAT SO EVER!!!
