I was wondering whether or not anyone else had claims for medical expenses refused because they had not been diagnosed by a Doctor whilst in Bali. My insurance provider refused to cover costs of medication and of specialist treatment on arrival back in Australia because I had not seen a Dr in Bali (only occurred 36 hours prior to departure).
