I didn't see this happening at all when I stayed at The Oasis Kuta, luckily for us, but I found out about P.H once I came back and started reading the forum. Are they in abundance at Legian Paradiso? I'll kick their asses. I seriously don't give a .... if they have laid down a towel to 'reserve' a lounge. They are NOT there to use it! Simple logic seems to escape some people I guess.
