what you are saying, but in some cases there are reasons why people do it.
Every time we go to bali, I am one of the people who put towels on lounge chairs at 6.00am, we travel with a 75 year old lady who also is blind and I always grap her a lounge that is easier for her to move around. All I am saying is some people abuse it but other people really need it, and if it was my friends stuff that you moved you would have hell on your hands ,as half the time the pool boys put a towel down for her in the same spot every day.
