Just a suggestion. A day trip to Blue Point (?) Villas at Uluwatu relaxing around the infinity pool sipping cocktails, a trip to the temple while you are there. Followed up by an intimate early dinner at any number of restaurants (Ma Joly, Gado Gado, La Lucciolas) watching the sunset as you dine. After dinner there are many places to go, especially at the Legian/Seminyak end of town, for some live music (or whatever type you prefer) to finish the night.
Hope this gives you some ideas.
