we had our fifth stay at klr and it will be our last. All the staff are wonderful we care very deeply for them all but the new manager is the rudest most arogant person we have encountered, we have recommended klr to our family friends and many times of this forum our sons were due to arrive 1 week after us upon checking with reception we were advised no it has been cancelled NO WAY we asked to see the manager, he was not interested in helping us and if not for the OWNER who we have met on previous stays our boys would ended up with no accommodation and it was KLR error, having to fight for your accommodation is not an option, my youngest son had health problems and I needed him to be at the same hotel. They did end up with a private villa but many guests were redirected to other hotels because of ovebooking. But we did love this place we have been 5 times the location suits us, the staff are all wonderful. 1 tip pool access rooms can be a little too noisy
