Drivr Guide - How Much Per Day

Can anyone tell me what is currently a fair rate to pay for the services of a good driver/guide for a day? Prices seem to be quite a lot higher than earlier in the year, presumably costs have risen due to the increase in gasoline. So what can I expect to pay?
