I too was booked in to KLR (12/11) and have cancelled due to the pool reno. I did not pay any amendment fees only a small difference for upgrade. New Horizons were not charging amendment fees, and as I was with a different wholesaler I told them NH were not charging so I wasn't prepared to pay it with them, anyway they came to the party and no amendment fee. Just challenge them. Goodluck
