One of the only incidents this year that left a bad taste in the mouth was to do with towels on lounges. Two unused lounges had towels on them until nearly 2.00pm, meantime there were people sharing lounges or lying on mats on the hot ground due to a lack of lounges.
When the owners of the towels finally came back I pointed out the people sharing lounges or having to lie on the ground and said it wasn't fair.
"Life isn't fair" was the answer and they moved three lounges up to the grass area in front of their rooms which were facing the pool !!!!!
