There are actually 10 apartments available to rent. 1 x 3 bedroom penthouse, 7 x 2 bedroom (either on ground floor or first floor) and 2 x one bedroom (one ground floor and one first floor). Not sure what maintenance was being done on 105 but it is finished now.
