One Cover has paid my medical claim (bacterial rash on my chest very icky) they took 5 weeks. Would use them again.
As for my lost bangle (left it at Denpasar airport) we claimed it with our AAMI contents insurance - portable valuables, they were more than excellent, took one week and new shiny (and better!) bangle is back on my wrist (won't take it off again!)
