I have long held an admiration for those people from Pacung, David and Moire of the Pacung Indah, for gathering up the widows from the '02 bombings and giving them the means of helping themselves to survive and provide.
Conversely I have long shuddered when I enjoy my breakfast jams and marmalade in Bali, and notice that, in this land of fabulous fruits, most are imported.
Is there an answer here, for the new Bali widows to take up not the needle and thread but the spoon and pan, and make Bali produce?
If this is a feasible option is there anyone there with the skills to set this up?
