Most Hotels in Sanur face eastwards (or south east). The Puri Santrian might suit you (not as big as Balihai or Oasis Benoa) but still a great hotel. Sunrise is great, esepcially wandering up the beach path and seeing the resturanats and beach folk starting their days.
The best sunrises I've seen in the Bali area are the ones from Gili Trawangan. You see the sun rising over Mt Rajani on Lombok. Absolutely awsome!!
