is travelling with her friend, both 17. They were meeting up on odd days with 3-4 other schoolies all who have now pulled out, choosing Phuket instead. Her friend had some reservations from her family but we never even gave a thought to not going. We all have to let go one day, some earlier than others, precautions and commonsense will be used and YES back here we will worry but communications are in place. We have heard that nightclub security has been quite tight since 2002 and since the recent attack security is even tighter. You can only do as much as you are able to care for your kids but one day they have to take that step away. I think they have as much chance of something (whatever) happening as they have if they were still here for schoolies. Do I sound as though I don't care?
