we have been advised by the Indionesian consulate that US was the only currency accepted for the VOA, they have become more lenient now and except other currency's, I have been there many times, when the visa was first introduced you could only use $us dollar if you didn't have $us you needed to go to yet another queue, but yes it has changed now. We obviously have to go by what the consulate advises.
