We stayed at the Bali Garden last month. Its location is great, next door to the new Discovery shopping complex and opposite the Waterbom park and close enough walk to Kuta Square. Its right on the beach, massage ladies there (plus lots of other hawkers). some of the rooms could do with a makeover but for the price its great. make sure you ask for a deluxe room tho (which face the beach), otherwise you get the noise from the street if you stay in the superior rooms only.
