The main page is in Indonesian, but you can change it to English with a language selector at the bottom of the page.
The quickest way to Bandung would probably be to fly to Jakarta and then to Bandung. But if you haven't been to Jogja yet, I recommend at least a couple of days there on the way.
The executive train from Jogja to Bandung is supposed to take about five hours, but you should expect it to take a couple of extra hours for no apparent reason. Each stop takes an inexplicably long time. There's some nice scenery along the way, but if you go overnight you save the cost of a night at a hotel. They turn off the lights around 9 o'clock and just about everyone immediately falls asleep. It's kind of spooky.
The executive train is quite comfortable, and they serve a snack. You can also buy snacks along the way from the vendors who come to the doors at each stop. The far from Jogja-Bandung would probably be around 120,000 (I haven't bothered checking on the website). Economy class is much cheaper, but I wouldn't use it for a long trip, coz you'd go mad in such a hot, crowded enclosed space.
