J bay is one of my favourite places in the world. I'm sure it will never be the same again and for that reason my family and I are shattered. I love getting down there about 5pm. Couple of Bintangs. Watch the locals set up the cafes. I love eating scampi, king prawns and lobsters, absolute delicous fresh seafood, watching the sunset, the planes arriving and departing in the distant. I love the bands waling along the beach, the guy with the double bass is amazing. Relaxing. Beautiful feed and I really like the staff at Aroma on the southern end. Not pushy. No scales. Just pick what you want to eat and talk a price. I love the kids playing games local and aussies kids playing together, the odd firework going off.... It sh*ts me too tears that these minute brained so call terrorists have ruined it. Not for all of us but for some who may have chosen Bali and in particualr J Bay, and all for killing - what 30 or so people. Ruin the tourism for 30 people. Please don't take this the wrong way. I realised each death is terrible, but I find it difficult to get around my head, in the world scale that killing 30 odd people makes a difference for "their cause". F*ck that. See the bigger picture. Okay it's out of my systems now.
