Same thing happened to me. When I checked in they showed me to a very dark and dingy room (103) which smelt dank. Although it was quite clean. I immediately said (on advice from this forum) that I did not like this room, and so they showed me to another (133) which is VERY close to the pool bar and I visions (Well whatever the auditory version of this is!!) of lots of noise. Again I said "no" and so they tried to get me to pay more for another room. Eventually they found room upstarirs, which is brighter and very quiet, plus quite big. It is very clean, but looking a bit tired. Breakfast is OK alhough not a big choice. Staff are friendly and helpful, and location is quite good.
