I've just come back from my 2nd trip and can't wait to go again. As the Balinese say "f..k terrorists". Definitely go to Lembongan and stay at Oka Bungalo 7 - just opened, gorgeous rooms, all new and about 250,000 a night. Ask to see Nicky, and he'll take you in his boat around to Nusa Penida, about 1/2 an hour and you can snorkel in the most amazing spots. He can also drop you off at "The Wall" on the way back, which is a great spot to see the coral and the most hugest drop off into nothing you will ever safely see. All the people on Lembongan are great and worth a stay over.
