It's in Denpasar. If you get a taxi/bemo to take you to Traiga (department store) If you stand out the front entrance of Tragia looking away it's on your left across the road. It has a sign on the wall.
My daughter is a hairdresser and she brought several pairs of scissors, including thinners. They had alot of beautican items there as well. Only a small shop but lots of stuff. My daughter also brought a hair straightener. It's been 12 months now and it still works. The scissors have also been OK although she uses her good ones (dearer ones) more as they fit her better. They had limited scissors in sizes and shaped etc. Hubby just changed the plug on the hair straightener over. It was alot cheaper than what you pay here.
Can't recall how much she paid for her stuff but I have an idea the scissors were around $24-$40 she got about 3 pairs. If you buy a few things they will also discount. Will be going back there later this year to pick up a few more things for my daughter.
Hope this helps
