Really depends on time of day, ceremonies etc, also what road is taken. I like the lnger coast route, but a lot of drivers don't know it very well. either way it is quite a nice drive, hilly and you often get caught behind very slow trucks. Another thing that seems to slow things down is school time. I love to see the kids in their gorgeous unifoms, but avoid if in a hurry.
