I am sure your driver wouldn't mind waiting and minding your bags. With the cost of fuel he would rather wait and get paid the current wait fee (not sure what is is now, used to be 20,000rp per hour, but probably gone up with petrol price rise)than driving around looking for a fare. then you have cab for airport also.
