The first day was quiet everywhere, with most people staying around hotels and on the beach (which was very busy), but after that I thought things returned to normal, or as normal as possible under the circumstances, quite quickly. On our last day, three days after the event, we spent a lot of time around town, in shops and cafes etc and although a little quieter, we though it was ok and not tense in any way.
