I think alot of people like to log on and check out what the general feeling is on the forum, who is still going and is everyone ok. I haven't heavily posted since propably May when I last went but had a few posts in the past 2 weeks. I think people turn here for comfort in a way too and can chat to people who understand how upsetting the news is or even take comfort in talking about the good times maybe?
