they do a training program before they start work on how to con tourists on arrival to hotel is a pity they dont train them on food and beverage this resort does have very good kids club facilities and kids club staff, beautiful grounds and the best security but am wondering if anyone notices that you are not a priority to staff when is last days there, as they are also trained this way. This is why if you stay for 7 days you should tell them your staying there for 2 or 3 weeks. I would say that the pool bar service is terrible and flags for service are a joke. To the regulars of Dynasty next time when near pool bar you will always see about 5 staff hanging off till and doing secret taps on the shoulders usually when they serve mothers and children and their big grins are always at till, and maybe one to 2 staff slowly walking around the pool, even on quiet days this is the case....We know they are all happy from money but taking advantage of mothers and children by perhaps adding an extra drink or 2 or extra icecream etc while doing a bit of sweet talk to them before getting them to sign the bill is a smart tactic to earn a few extra rupiah...(Good luck to them I suppose) Which regulars should know by now but its amazing how many just think that they are just genuinely friendly. Also u must watch the ones who dont have their name tags on because they are the ones who are sent out to do the little tricks...It does not matter if youve been there 5 times or 10 times.... Tricky little buggers are'nt they.
