Visiting Bali next week

I hope I'll be travelling to Bali next week from Spain, and I have some questions. I'll be there for 10 days. How do I get the visa at entering the island? What tramits are needed to get it? What can I expect of weather? What about shopping? Which areas are recommended to visit? Which are not interesting at all? What to do at nights? What about acommodation? And about Hotel Services? Any information of recent visitors is well received. Thanks.
