For price and location I prefer MBR. The rooms are not great, we were on the 2nd floor and the bathroom roof leaked, and the shower curtain was a bit mouldy, but otherwise it was ok. The Dynasty is a much nicer hotel and the grounds and rooms are better kept, also it has kids club and the food at the hotel is great. For luxury I would choose the Dynasty and would love to go there again, but you can't beat the location of MBR. I found the Dynasty to be a little too far away as we tend to spend most of our time around Jl Melasti and Jl Legian.
