Parents need to take a bit of responsibility, And I don't say that to be flamed, it is just that alot of parents will sit back and let kids do whatever they choose and this can sometimes be very dangerous. I think we still need to teach our children to respect others and their property a bit more, and I'm not saying these parents didn't either.
