Hi Tris,
I did several dives with Geko Dive in Padang Bai and was very pleased with their services and seriousness about diving. It is run by a Brit and a Dutch who have made Bali their home. They give a percentage of their profits back to the local community (in the form of beach cleaning, new room for the school, etc., etc.), so not only is it a good dive school, but you also contribute to Bali by choosing them.
