You know I have been to Bali more than 12 times and have NEVER seen anyone electrocuted so I AM sure that it does NOT "happen all the time". While I don't condone faulty wiring and do regret the incident I would remind you that accidents happen all over the world. By the way maybe you could look up the word accident in the dictionary for some clarification.
